Getting Started with TIME MANAGEMENT

 

This is my first blog and believing that you will like it. As the name of this blogger is “LEAD THE SUCCESS”, so to get successful you need to control your TIME first. Therefore, today I am trying my level best to give out the gist how you can manage your time effectively.

Time management – big issue most of us face in our daily life. Honestly how many of you are able to manage time efficiently?

Here two factors oppose each other, time management and procrastination.

What is most interesting about this matrix is that many of us will find that we do not spend enough time in Quadrant 2, which is the key to SUCCESSFUL TIME MANAGEMENT.

Quadrant 2 is where you find the “BIG ROCKS” in your life and once you address the “big rocks”, you’ll find lots of time to fill in the spaces with the “small rocks”.

Basically, PRIORITIZING is very very very important.

For the organization to achieve success, each and every member has to work as a TEAM and follow these 4 quadrants individually as well as collectively, enable the COMPANY and you to be SUCCESSFUL

Visualize, Organize, Categorize, Prioritize & finally work as a TEAM.
